Introducing the Long-Awaited Fresh Produce Technology: Maintaining 0°C and 95% Humidity
Tochiotome strawberries, a specialty of Tochigi Prefecture in Japan, were tested for appearance, taste, and texture on the 26th day using Beyond Organic's technology. All three indicators remained unchanged from day one, and even after two months, the results were nearly identical.
A premium grape in Japan, Shine Muscat grapes showed minimal changes in appearance and texture after being preserved for 90 days using Beyond Organic's technology. Although stored without any packaging, it is expected that proper packaging would further enhance freshness preservation.
Green lettuce produced at the foot of Mount Fuji was tested for appearance and inspected on the 20th day using Beyond Organic's technology. Even when displayed in supermarkets, it maintained a level of freshness that made it one of the first to be purchased. It was confirmed that freshness can be maintained for up to 45 days.
